Se va încheia un Acord - cadru pe o durată de 4 ani pentru achiziționarea de „Servicii de transport aerian”, conform caiet de sarcini. Acordul - cadru se va încheia cu minim 1, respectiv maxim 10 operatori economici. În cazul în care unul sau mai mulți operatori economici se clasează pe același loc deoarece au ofertat aceeași taxă de serviciu (TS), nefiind posibilă departajarea și stabilirea clasamentului care va conține primele 10 oferte din punct de vedere al TS, Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu toți operatorii economici, conform art 138 alin (4) din H.G. nr. 395/2016. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza prin reluarea competiției off-line (via e-mail) . Se vor încheia estimativ minim 4, maxim 208 contracte subsecvente pe toată durata acordului - cadru. Frecventa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: minim 1 contract subsecvent, maxim 52 contracte subsecvente pe an.
