Se vor achizitiona servicii de mentenanta preventiva si corectiva benzi bagaje, conform detalierii din Caietul de sarcini atașat Valoarea totala estimata a procedurii : 3.366.000,00 lei fara TVA, formată din : 1)Valoarea estimată pentru Servicii de mentenanță preventivă pentru sistemul de benzi bagaje -3.216.000,00 lei fără TVA 2) Valoarea disponibilă pentru Servicii de mentenanță corectivă pentru sistemul de benzi bagaje-150.000,00 lei fără TVA. Acestă valoare este fixă și va fi ofertată ca atare. Valoarea serviciilor de mentenanță corectivă a fost estimată pentru un număr minim de ore de prestare servicii astfel: -Mentenanță corectivă componente mecanice- min. 200 ore pentru un total estimat de 60.000,00 lei fără TVA -Mentenanță corectivă componente automatizare- min.150 ore pentru un total estimat de 90.000,00 lei fără TVA Pentru mentenanța corectivă tarifarea se va face pe oră de manoperă prestată de fiecare operator la fiecare intervenție. Exemplu – în cazul în care intervenția solicitată necesită unul/doi/trei operatori, se vor calcula orele prestate înmulțind cu numarul de operatori care au prestat serviciile. Nota:valoarea contractului va fi compusă din suma dintre valoarea serviciului de Mentenanță Preventivă ofertat și valoarea fixă a Mentenanței Corective respectiv 150.000,00 lei fără TVA. Prețul ofertei va fi suma valorilor Mentenanței preventive și corective. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Durata de prestare a serviciilor este de 24 luni si ea va fi cuprinsa in durata totala a contractului de 25 luni. Diferenta de o luna intre perioada de prestare servicii si durata contractului este alocata constituirii si restituirii garantiei de buna executie si platii ultimei facturi din contract. Oferta financiară va fi întocmită pentru perioada de 24 luni.
