Procedura se va finaliza cu încheierea unui acord-cadru de servicii valabil 3 ani succesivi de la semnarea lui. Oferta financiara va fi prezentata în lei. Prețul unitar fără TVA va fi exprimat și în euro. Plata se va face în lei. Începând din al doilea an, plata se va face în lei luând în calcul echivalenta leu/euro la cursul BNR din data încheierii contractului subsecvent. Procedura se va finaliza cu încheierea unui acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 3 ani succesivi, pentru atribuirea contractelor subsecvente de „Servicii Cloud Microsoft M365 si abonament licențe Microsoft” pentru a asigura dreptul de utilizare, prin subscripție (închiriere/abonament), a unui pachet de licențe Microsoft pe o perioada de 3 ani succesivi. Termenul decurge din momentul activării de către Microsoft sau producătorul echivalent, pe portalul propriu, a abonamentului de licențiere, conform descrierilor din caietul de sarcini, cu ajutorul căruia să își poată desfășura activitățile didactice si administrative in condiții optime. Menționam că întreg scopul cerințelor Universității Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca este asigurarea unui cadru legal de utilizare a sistemelor informatice în condiții de licențiere software cu costuri minime pentru Universitatea Tehnică Cluj-Napoca.
