The execution of these works involves the sequential replacement of the components of the track superstructure and the creation of a continuously welded rail (CWR) track, resulting in bringing the line to parameters for a travel speed of 120 km/h for passenger and freight trains, and implicitly, increasing the established speed and lifting speed restrictions. These include: - dismantling of the existing track, arranging dismantled materials outside the gauge on the track bed; transport of materials removed from the track to depots established by the beneficiary; - replacement of the track superstructure components with new materials purchased by the contractor (concrete sleepers type 60 equipped with elastic fastening, type 60 track appliances mounted on concrete sleepers, crushed stone, transition joints and coupons, concrete or elastic slabs for level crossings (where applicable), topping up the crushed stone prism to the instructional dimensions for welded rail lines; - mechanized profiling, tamping, and mechanized slewing to bring the track to the longitudinal and directional profile, followed by dynamic track stabilization will be carried out by the beneficiary; - creation of the continuously welded rail track and embedding of track appliances in the CWR, carried out by the contractor; - installation of the components of the railway level crossings and creation of connections with the carriageway, carried out by the contractor; - cleaning and ensuring the drainage systems for rainwater along the track, in the areas of track appliances, or existing level crossings, carried out by the contractor; - normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works by the contractor until their handover to the beneficiary; - activities and consumables necessary for maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, dismantling and removal of any temporary works or activities, carried out by the contractor. The execution of the works will take place within the operational area of the Iași Regional Railway Branch, in accordance with the requirements of specification no. 2/1/830/2021. Quantities: The maximum quantity of the framework agreement is 184 km of work, The minimum quantity of the framework agreement is 25 km of work. The maximum quantity of a subsequent contract is 51 km of work, The minimum quantity of a subsequent contract is 5 km of work. The framework agreement will be concluded at the Central CFR level, and subsequent contracts will be concluded at the regional level, within the limits of allocated funds. Frequency of subsequent contracts: maximum 2 subsequent contracts/year. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 147,192,120 lei excluding VAT.
