This tender concerns the execution of supplementary construction works, specifically the continuation of works for Phase II within the technical project for the "Modernization of the University Educational Infrastructure for Animal Nutrition and Pathology at USAMV Cluj-Napoca in Jucu." The original technical project was developed by K&K STUDIO DE PROIECTARE S.R.L, and the initial construction works were carried out by TCI CONTRACTOR GENERAL. Phase I of the execution included foundation excavation, earthworks, structural construction, finishing, installations, exterior carpentry, and equipment installation. The contract duration for Phase I was 15 months from site handover on August 18, 2023. Between November 4, 2024, and April 4, 2025, the design and execution contract is suspended to facilitate the provision of necessary utilities and the conduct of tests and trials. As of October 1, 2024, the physical execution status was: architecture at 80%, structure at 70%, installations at 75%, and design at 83%. The contracting authority now seeks to procure the remaining works as per the technical project. In line with Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation up to 21 days before the offer submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests 10 days prior to the offer submission deadline.
