Serviciul de utilitate publică de distribuție a gazelor naturale în Comuna Voicești va deservi o comunitate de aproximativ 2.000 de locuitori, organizați în 720 de gospodării casnice, 12 instituții publice (școli, grădinițe, dispensar medical, sediu primărie, cămin cultural) și 5 agenți economici, totalizând 737 de racorduri potențiale. Conform parametrilor tehnici stabiliți prin Avizul Tehnic de Racordare nr. 13743069/22.01.2025 emis de Distrigaz Sud Rețele S.R.L., sistemul de distribuție din Voicești va opera la presiune redusă (1,1 bar), cu un debit maxim de 1.500 mc/h, racordat din rețeaua de distribuție existentă a municipiului Drăgășani printr-o conductă de extindere PE100 SDR11 DN 180 mm, L=570 m. Rețeaua de distribuție propriu-zisă din Voicești va avea o lungime de 5.300 ml (în prima etapă), realizată din conducte PE100 SDR11 cu diametre variind între DN 63 și DN 160 mm. Lucrările privind "ÎNFIINȚARE SISTEM DE DISTRIBUȚIE A GAZELOR NATURALE IN COMUNA VOICEȘTI ȘI SATELE APARȚINĂTOARE (VOICEȘTI, VOICEȘTII DIN VALE ȘI TIGHINA), JUDEȚUL VÂLCEA”. sunt descrise in cadrul documentatiei tehnice PTH nr.59_SD/2025 întocmit de proiectantul Oltgaz invest SRL. Retea distributie gaze naturale de 5,3 km, Branșamente 175. (Etapa I) Contractul de finanțare(pentru executia lucrarilor) urmeaza să fie semnat după selectarea unui operator cu care UAT va semna contractul de concesiune, fiind o condiție "sine qua non" pentru semnarea contractului de finanțare și pentru existența efectivă a sursei de finanțare. Licitatia pentru atribuirea contractului de executie a fost derulată, finalizată prin încheierea unui contract de lucrări. Redevența este de cel puțin 1,5% din tariful de distribuție a gazelor naturale, aplicat la totalul cantității distribuite, plătibilă trimestrial, la data de 30 a lunii următoare trimestrului încheiat. Obligația de plată a redevenței începe la data punerii în funcțiune a sistemului de distribuție a gazelor naturale.
