Description

Realizarea investiției pentru obiectivul MODERNIZARE, EXTINDERE ȘI DOTARE GRĂDINIȚA PITICOT, STR. ALEEA TOMIS NR. 2, MUNICIPIUL DEJ propune măsuri de modernizare, extindere, dotare și imunizare la schimbările climatice prin extinderea pe verticală și orizontală a grădiniței, termoizolarea anvelopei acesteia inclusiv schimbarea tâmplăriei, eficientizarea instalațiilor, amenajare curte exterioară și dotare cu mobilier și echipamente. Construcția se încadrează la CATEGORIA ˮCˮ DE IMPORTANȚĂ (conform HGR nr.766/1997), CLASA ˮIIˮ DE IMPORTANȚĂ (conform Normativului P100/2013) și GRAD DE REZISTENȚĂ LA FOC ˮIIˮ, RISC MIC DE INCENDIU. Termenul de execuţie a lucrărilor: 24 luni de la data emiterii ordinului de începere a lucrărilor. Perioada de garanţie a lucrărilor/serviciilor solicitată este de minim 36 luni. Varianta constructivă de realizare a investiției cuprinde: - Activități de extindere - Masuri pentru sporirea confortului energetic al clădirii-parte opacă fațade - Măsuri pentru sporirea confortului energetic al clădirii-parte vitrată fațade: - Măsuri pentru sporirea confortului energetic al clădirii – terasa circulabilă și preluarea apelor pluviale: - Reabilitarea/refacerea elementelor structurale degradate: - Refacerea finisajelor interioare: - Refacerea finisajelor exterioare: -  Reabilitarea trotuarelor de protecție în scopul eliminării infiltrațiilor la infrastructura clădirii - Lucrări de refuncționalizare - Lucrări de modificare a compartimentărilor pentru satisfacerea DSP - Organizare de santier
