CURRENT SITUATION OF THE CORBEȘTI DAM ACCORDING TO THE INITIAL TECHNICAL PROJECT - The non-permanent Corbești accumulation, with a mitigation volume of 1,025,000 cubic meters, had the role of limiting the maximum outflow rates with a probability of exceeding 5% to 50 m³/s, the capacity of the minor riverbed of the Topa valley downstream of the dam. The accumulation is located upstream of the Corbești locality and is created by a rockfill dam, bottom outlet and surface spillway for large floods, with a free weir. The crest elevation of the dam resulted from its classification in the third importance class of constructions at probabilities of exceeding, calculation 2% with water depth dev. = 1.3 m + waves (1.7 m) and verification 0.5% with increase (1.2) with water depth dev. = 2.3 m + safety height (0.4 m). The maximum total estimated value for the execution of works at the objective "Non-permanent accumulation Corbești, Bihor County" – REMAINDER OF EXECUTION, according to the chapters of the approved general estimate and the technical project, is 83,513,446 lei without VAT and consists of: - Sub-chapter 4.1 Constructions and installations – estimated value: 82,864,675 lei without VAT; - Sub-chapter 4.2 Installation of technological equipment – estimated value: 44,679 lei without VAT; - Sub-chapter 4.3 Technological and functional equipment with installation – estimated value: 148,930 lei without VAT; - Sub-chapter 5.1.1 Construction and installation works related to site organization – estimated value: 455,162 lei without VAT; An offer exceeding the maximum total estimated value, therefore implicitly the approved value according to the general estimate, will be considered a non-compliant offer. REDIMENSIONING OF THE CORBEȘTI ACCUMULATION AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE ACCUMULATION STRUCTURES ACCORDING TO THE REVISED FEASIBILITY STUDY (HG 1009 / 20.10.2023) - The redimensioning of the accumulation resulted from the recalculation of the dam mitigation, according to the new hydrological study prepared by INHGA. Accumulation lake characteristics: - flood volume corresponding to Q1% = 117 m³/s, V = 5.18 million m³; - flood volume corresponding to Q0.5% = 142 m³/s, V = 6.29 million m³; - Qgolire = 52.44 m³/s (calculation) / Qgolire = 53.43 m³/s (verification); - the spillway for large floods evacuates with a head of h = 1.43 m a flow rate of 147.00 m³/s (blocked discharges); - the spillway for large floods evacuates with a head of h = 0.71 m a flow rate of 53.68 m³/s (functional discharges); - total accumulation lake volume V = 2,303,036 m³. Replacement of the concrete facing on the upstream slope with a geomembrane facing Adaptation of the spillway body to the new dam profile Desilting of the bottom outlet, its extension and rehabilitation of accesses Supplementation with UCC devices Supplementation of volumes of works in the quarry Supplementation with stabilization works of the road located on the left slope Supplementation with works to raise the road Supplementation with works to arrange the riverbed downstream of the dam The activities to be carried out within the contract and their realization period are presented in detail in the Technical Specifications.
