Subject of the acquisition/procedure: Purchase of medical oxygen and other medical gases. According to the Technical Specification developed, the purpose of this procedure is the purchase of medical oxygen and other medical gases, which also includes the transport and rental of containers necessary for the delivery of products under the conditions and quantities specified in the Technical Specification and tender documentation. The products will be supplied in compliance with the conditions and requirements set out in the Technical Specification, the supply of oxygen with an active concentration of at least 99.5% in the following variants, as well as the supply of carbon dioxide as follows: Table No. 1 Liquid oxygen in a 5,000 Nmc storage tank Compressed gas oxygen in 10 Nmc (50 L) cylinders Liquid oxygen in 500 Nmc LPT Compressed gas oxygen in 0.4 Nmc (2 L) cylinders Compressed gas oxygen in 1 Nmc (5 L) cylinders Compressed gas oxygen in 2 Nmc (10 L) cylinders Carbon dioxide in 37.5 kg cylinders Carbon dioxide in 15 kg cylinders Biogon C (carbon dioxide) 37.5 kg Biogon C (carbon dioxide) 15 kg Acetylene in 6 kg cylinders Medical oxygen, in the forms specified below, carbon dioxide, biogon (carbon dioxide) and acetylene. Maintenance Workshop - compressed gas oxygen in 10 Nmc cylinders - acetylene There is a possibility that during the execution of the framework agreement, the need to serve other departments/locations may arise, in which case the supplier will have to ensure the fulfillment of its obligations under the framework agreement for them as well. The modification of locations (supplementation, reduction, reorganization) will not affect the maximum quantities agreed upon at the time of signing the framework agreement, which will be carried out until the maximum quantities/maximum value of the framework agreement are exhausted.
