Revision clauses The framework agreement/subsequent contracts will be amended pursuant to Art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended. The revision clauses established by the contracting authority according to the information in the technical specifications, as well as any changes that may occur in the execution of the framework agreement, implicitly of the subsequent contracts, will be expressly provided for in the framework agreement/subsequent contracts and will be applied directly pursuant to Art. 221 para. The framework agreement may be amended if, during its execution, the contracting authority decides to extend its duration and, implicitly, supplement the services related to the extended period. The maximum period established by the contracting authority for the extension period is 6 months, during which the services that are the subject of the framework agreement will be supplemented by 25% and will be provided under the same conditions as before the extension. 2.
