Achizitie Turn Artroscopie ( minim 1 buc - 1 contract subsecvent/ maxim 2 buc - 2 contracte subsevente) - Acord Cadru incheiat cu un singur operator economic ce se va derula pe o perioada de 12 luni , perioada in care se vor atribui, fara reofertare, 1 maxim 2 contracte subsecvente astfel: Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia odata cu Acordul Cadru cu catigatorul procedurii la pretul dion oferta pentru Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc Al doi-lea contract subsecvent se va incheia cu semnatarul Acordului Cadru la pretul ofertat pentru Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc, in luna 6 de derulare a acordului cadru. Activitati in cadrul contractelor subsevente: Furnizare echipamente cu instalare onsite si punere in functiune, instruire personal beneficiar in utilizare (minim 3 / maxim 5persoane) asigurare servicii in garantie - activitati de reparatii, mentenanta si intretinere echipament, asigurare suport tehnic permanent. Valoare estimatAcord Cadru - Minim = 824.000 Lei/ Maxim = 1.648.000 Lei. Se pot solicita clarificari cu 10 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde clar si complet solicitarilor primite in termenul recomandat cu 6 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
