Cantitățile minime și maxime stabilite de entitatea contractantă pentru produsele solicitate sunt cele precizate în caietul de sarcini și reprezintă estimări ale unor cantități care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru și nu cantitățile exacte achiziționate, acestea din urmă putând fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari, raportat la cele estimate, în funție de necesitătile enității contractante. In cazul in care pe parcursul derularii acordului cadru este necesara majorarea valorii/cantitatii pentru produsele solicitate, modificarea se va realiza in temeiul art. 235 si urmatoarele din Legea nr.99/2016, cu respectarea preturilor unitare. Datele propuse în calendarul estimativ reprezintă intenția autorității/entității contractante, nu un angajament ferm din partea entității contractante cu privire la atribuirea contractelor subsecvente, pornind de la ipoteza de lucru că nu vor apărea evenimente/circumstanțe imprevizibile care nu au putut fi luate în considerare la momentul inițierii procedurii de atribuire, respectiv vor fi asigurate și resursele financiare necesare.
