Achizitia are ca obiect reabilitarea și modernizarea infrastructurii educaționale a Colegiului Național de Informatică prin lucrări de consolidare, refacere a finisajelor, instalațiilor și a acoperișurilor, precum și prin extinderea corpului principal (C1) pentru asigurarea spațiilor necesare procesului didactic modern, creșterea eficienței energetice și a sustenabilității clădirilor școlare prin termoizolarea anvelopei, instalarea de sisteme fotovoltaice, pompe de căldură și corpuri de iluminat LED. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare.
