The present acquisition refers to design services, technical verification of documentation, technical assistance of the designer throughout the execution of the works and the execution of the works themselves, for the objective "Energy rehabilitation of Neagoe Basarab National College - Building C1, Oltenița municipality", which has a developed built area of 1,184 sqm. Through the concluded contract, the following will be ensured: - design services – development of the Technical Execution Project (PTE) – in accordance with the provisions of HG 907/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, including the development of documentation and obtaining the approvals/authorizations requested by the Urbanism Certificate no. 152 dated 13.07.2023 (valid until 13.07.2026) issued by the Oltenița Municipality City Hall, as well as the DTAC and DTOE documentation and obtaining the construction permit; - technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details; - technical assistance provided by the designer throughout the execution of the works and during the warranty period of the works; - execution of works to increase energy efficiency, the subject of the contract includes the execution of all types of works for the investment objective, namely: structural/resistance works, architectural works, sanitary, electrical, thermal, HVAC, low current, natural gas installations, etc.). In this regard, the DALI technical documentation was prepared, through which the technical-economic solution of principle that will form the basis for the realization of the investment objective is identified. The subject of the contract subject to this procedure consists of the procurement of design services, documentation for obtaining approvals and authorizations that are not yet obtained, technical projects, execution details, and any documents/studies necessary for their elaboration, including specialized technical verification of the project and technical assistance from the designer and execution of works (such as ensuring utilities, structure/consolidation, architecture, electrical installations, low current installations, natural gas installations, thermal and ventilation installations, sanitary installations, fire limiting and extinguishing systems, external networks, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of technological equipment and machinery). Based on the technical and architectural proposals formulated in the DALI technical documentation, it is necessary to develop complete and coherent technical documentation that explains and details the most suitable technical and constructive solutions for the realization of a new construction. In the next stage, after the completion of the Technical Project and obtaining all necessary approvals and the corresponding construction permit, the execution works will be carried out based on this Technical Project. According to the technical-economic indicators, the estimated value without VAT of this procedure is 16,959,918.00 lei without VAT and consists of: - Technical project and execution details – 497,000.00 lei without VAT; - Technical documentation for obtaining approvals/authorizations – 65,000.00 lei without VAT; - Technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details – 78,000.00 lei without VAT; - Technical assistance from the designer – 114,000.00 lei without VAT; - Construction and repair costs – 11,981,218.00 lei without VAT; - Technological and functional equipment and machinery requiring installation – 4,186,200.00 lei without VAT; - Related site organization costs – 38,500.00 lei without VAT.
