Original language: roCircumstanțele care au determinat achiziția, specificațiile tehnice și condițiile specifice de îndeplinire a contractului avute în vedere la întocmirea strategiei de contractare au fost stabilite și aprobate odată cu referatul de necesitate și strategia anuală a achizițiilor publice aferentă anului 2025, în etapa de planificare. Astfel, în etapa de planificare s-a stabilit că este necesară achiziționarea unor switch-uri LAN pentru infrastructura locala de la sediile BNR din toata tara in vederea înlocuirii celor aflate la sfârșitul perioadei de exploatare.
