Description

Obiectivul general: al proiectului este creșterea mobilității urbane durabile și a eficienței transportului public în Municipiul Piatra Neamț, prin modernizarea infrastructurii rutiere și pietonale, implementarea unui sistem integrat de management inteligent al traficului și amenajarea infrastructurii verzi și velo de-a lungul coridorului de mobilitate Bd. General Nicolae Dăscălescu – Str. Dimitrie Leonida. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific RSO 2.8 – “Promovarea mobilității urbane multimodale durabile, ca parte a tranziției către o economie cu emisii scăzute de carbon”, prin realizarea unei infrastructuri moderne și eficiente care facilitează circulația transportului public și a traficului auto în condiții de confort și siguranță, asigurând totodată integrarea peisageră a coridorului de mobilitate prin amenajări verzi. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare.
