Original language: roServicii de dezvoltare și implementare a Sistemului Informatic Integrat și echipamentelor în cadrul proiectului Digitalizarea activitatii Spitalului Orasenesc "Dr. Alexandru Borza" Abrud în cantitățile și condițiile prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 25 zile
