Contract de furnizare având ca obiect: „FURNIZARE ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ PENTRU MUNICIPIUL SIBIU ŞI STAŢIUNEA PĂLTINIŞ” pentru 12 luni, perioada 20.04.2026-19.04.2027 Cantitatea solicitată de energie electrică este de 10.783.295 KWh. În cazul în care, la data încheierii duratei contractului (19.04.2027), cantitatea de energie contractată nu a fost utilizată integral, părțile pot conveni prelungirea duratei contractului, prin act adițional la prezentul contract, până la epuizarea întregii cantități contractate. Se vor respecta cerințele specifice din Caietul de Sarcini. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 Autoritatea contractantă va transmite răspunsul consolidat la solicitările de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Durata contractului : 12 luni, perioada 20.04.2026 - 19.04.2027
