UAT Județul Bihor – Consiliul Judeţean Bihor În Parteneriat cu Agenția de Dezvoltare Regională Nord-Vest este Beneficiar al obiectivului ,,Reabilitare si modernizare tronson de drum județean DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8,743 km”. Necesitatea și oportunitatea obiectivului de investiții ,,Reabilitare si modernizare tronson de drum județean DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8,743 km” a fost identificată ca urmare a blocajelor în trafic din zonă, pe un sector de drum care asigură legătura între zona comunelor Curățele – Budureasa și comuna Bulz, contribuind la îmbunătățirea conectivității rutiere în zona montană a județului Bihor, fiind necesare luarea unor măsuri de îmbunătățire a conditiilor de siguranță a traficului rutier și îmbunătățirea confortului în timpul călătoriei gestionând în același timp reducerea emisiilor de poluanți și impactului negativ asupra mediului. Pentru realizarea proiectului este necesară efectuarea de Studiu de Fezabilitate + DTAC + PT + Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului, care să asigure un grad de încredere ridicat asupra viabilității soluției optime recomandate. Autoritatea Contractantă a stabilit că termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, este cu 25 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. AC va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
