This tender concerns Component C1 of the project "Modernization of RED and implementation of a Virtual Power Plant system within Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania SA". The scope of this tender includes the procurement of products (hardware) for the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) / Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) application. This encompasses dedicated servers and hardware for processing, storage, and user interface, communication equipment for the necessary infrastructure, and software licenses for the VPP application's operation.

Furthermore, the tender requires comprehensive services for the implementation of the VPP application. Key services include integrating the VPP/DERMS system with existing platforms and infrastructure (such as SCADA, MDM, GIS, AMS, OMS) and third-party platforms (energy markets, TSO platforms) using recognized communication standards. The selected bidder will be responsible for configuring and customizing the application to meet DEER's specific requirements. A crucial aspect of the service is the complete modeling of High, Medium, and Low Voltage networks to ensure accurate and comprehensive visualization within the VPP/DERMS. Finally, the tender includes testing and validation of functionalities according to the specified requirements.
