The cyber attack and computer virus protection services for the integrated solution will include, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, the following activities: • updating the signature database and existing solution versions for security management • online and/or on-site support and specialized technical assistance • knowledge transfer (if applicable) • periodic technical audit of the operational status of the integrated cyber attack and computer virus protection solution. ANCPI wishes to acquire Cyber Attack and Computer Virus Protection Services for the purpose of providing technical support, maintenance, and update services for the integrated security solution implemented within its own IT infrastructure and the implementation of the existing solution on new equipment that are subject to recent acquisitions. Services will be provided both for ANCPI and for subordinate units (42 OCPIs and CNC). - Maximum value of the framework agreement = 1,512,000.00 lei/excluding VAT, corresponding to 48 months of maintenance for 4500 end-users. - Minimum value of the framework agreement = 1,176,000.00 lei/excluding VAT, corresponding to 48 months of maintenance for 3500 end-users. - Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract = 378,000.00 lei/excluding VAT, corresponding to 12 months of maintenance for 4500 end-users. - Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract = 24,500.00 lei/excluding VAT, corresponding to 1 month of maintenance for 3500 end-users.
