Furnizarea energiei electrice necesara alimentarii consumatorilor din cadrul celor 4 locatii in care functioneaza spitalul: Loc de consum (Adresa) Nivel de tensiune str. Pompeiu Onofreiu nr. 2-4 1xMT + 2xJT str. Gheorghe Baritiu nr. 1-3 2xJT str. Translilvaniei nr. 2-4 1xJT str. Stefan cel Mare nr. 4 1xJT Se va incheia acord-cadru pe durata de 12 luni, in vederea asigurarii alimentarii consumatorilor spitalului pentru o perioada ce depaseste bugetul anual. Cantitatea minima si maxima estimata a acordului-cadru/al celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc in Caietului de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia lunar, trimestrial sau semestrial, cuprinzand necesarul de consum/luna, trimestru sau semestru, in functie de bugetul existent al autoritatii contractante la momentul necesitatii incheierii acestora. Termenul de luna, trimestru sau semestru se refera la perioada de 1, 3 sau 6 luni de la data incheierii contractului, nu la luna, trimestrul sau semestrul calendaristic. În condițiile în care cantitatea înscrisă în contractul subsecvent se dovedește a fi insuficientă pe durata întregului contract – datorită variației consumului determinat de condițiile meteo, numărul de pacienți, etc - contractul va înceta anterior duratei sale, urmând a se încheia un alt contract subsecvent. În condițiile în care cantitatea înscrisă în contractul subsecvent se dovedește a fi mai mare decât necesarul real pentru durata întregului contract – datorită variației consumului determinat de condițiile meteo, numărul de pacienți, etc – contractul se prelungește prin încheierea unui act adițional.
