Achiziția are ca obiect servicii de transport aerian intern și/sau internațional, constând în rezervarea și emiterea de bilete de avion, necesare pentru deplasările în interes de serviciu ale SNN (salariați, personal din structura de conducere, membri cu contract de mandat si delegați), atât pentru Sediul Central cat și Sucursale, in funcție de necesități, în vederea îndeplinirii atribuțiilor/responsabilităților/sarcinilor de serviciu. Principalele destinații vor fi, Statele Membre ale Uniunii Europene, Canada și SUA, existând însă și posibilitatea efectuării de deplasări în alte țări decât cele anterior enumerate. Totodată, pe lângă rezervarea si emiterea biletelor de avion, prestatorii vor asigura, după caz, modificarea/anularea biletelor, precum și servicii de asistență și suport logistic/comunicare pe parcursul deplasării personalului SNN pentru care au fost emise biletele, în situații de modificare/anulare a zborurilor sau a altor modificări sau incidente pe durata deplasării respective. Serviciile vor fi prestate în conformitate cu cerințele tehnice și de performanță solicitate în Caietul de sarcini nr. E-SA-CAIET-CS-01283-18-06-25.
