Cluj - Acord cadru - 24 luni Valoarea maxima a acordului cadru este de 5.090.290,00 lei fara TVA; Valoarea minima a acordului cadru este de 509.029,00 lei fara TVA. Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează să fie atribuite: min 1 - max 3 - pe an. Cel mai mic contract subsecvent : 47.944,60 lei fără TVA. Cel mai mare contract subsecvent : 1.272.572,50 lei fără TVA. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru cât și cantitățile estimate minime și maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent se regasesc ca anexe la documentația de atribuire / caiet de sarcini. 1. Durata totala a contractului : 24 luni de la intrarea in vigoare a contractului 2. Clauza rezolutorie: Incheierea acordului cadru in urma achizitiei publica nu este conditionata de obtinerea/ aprobarea finantarii lucrarilor din fonduri de la bugetul de stat. Atribuirea ulterioara a contractelor subsecvente este posibila doar in situatia in care se respecta dispozitiile referitoare la angajarea cheltuielilor din bugetele care intra sub incidenta legislatiei privind finantele publice. In cazul in care indiferent de motive, obtinerea/ aprobarea finantarii lucrarilor din fonduri de la bugetul de stat nu se realizeaza, autoritatea contractanta nu va atribui contracte subsecvente.
