Implementarea Serviciului de leasing, intretinere si igienizare pentru echipamentele de protectie este necesara pentru asigurarea unui proces operational standardizat, sustenabil si conform cerintelor de igiena si siguranta aplicabile domeniului de activitate. Achizitia acestui serviciu reprezinta o solutie oportuna, avand in vedere limitarile si dezavantajele generate de modelul actual bazat pe achizitia directa a articolelor. Serviciul permite externalizarea integrala a proceselor de igienizare, intretinere, reparatii si inlocuire, reducand semnificativ sarcina administrativa si eliminand costurile asociate gestionarii interne. Furnizorul asigura trasabilitate digitala avansata (RFID / coduri de bare), schimburi regulate, stoc tampon, distributie controlata si conformitate permanenta cu standardele SSM. De asemenea, serviciul contribuie la reducerea consumului de resurse si la alinierea la obiectivele de sustenabilitate ale companiei. Achizitia acestui serviciu ofera oportunitatea optimizarii fluxurilor operationale, reducerii riscurilor si asigurarii unei imagini profesionale constante a personalului. Costurile devin predictibile si corelate doar cu numarul real de purtatori, iar gestionarea echipamentelor se realizeaza in mod eficient si transparent, cu impact pozitiv asupra continuitatii activitatii si a satisfactiei angajatilor. Cantitati estimate ale acordului cadru/contract subsecvent: Conform Anexa 11, document atasat la prezenta documentatie. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite este de 1/an. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este: 13,789,001.63 lei, fara TVA.
