This tender concerns the provision of specialized security services for the facilities and assets of S.T.T. Bacău. The primary objective is to ensure the security, integrity, and safety of these premises and properties against any illicit actions that could compromise their ownership or material existence. Additionally, the services aim to protect individuals from hostile acts that may endanger their lives, physical integrity, or health, thereby facilitating the smooth operation of S.T.T. Bacău's activities, in accordance with the requirements detailed in the technical specifications provided by the contracting entity. The specialized guard services will be performed in compliance with Law 333/2003 on the guarding of objectives, goods, values, and the protection of persons, including subsequent amendments and additions. The required specialized security, monitoring, and intervention services for S.T.T. Bacău's objectives will be covered by 16 permanent posts, 2 reserve posts, and 1 mobile guard post for patrol services using a four-wheel-drive vehicle. These services will be provided for a duration of 36 months. The scope includes: a) guarding services, including patrol guarding with a four-wheel-drive vehicle; b) monitoring and intervention services; and c) security services for special situations arising at power line substations (LEA). The contract duration is 36 months from the start order date, which will be after June 3, 2025, at 19:00. A current contract for these services at S.T.T. Bacău is in effect until June 3, 2025, at 19:00.
