Original language: roAcord cadru de furnizare de carburanți (motorină și benzină) pe bază de carduri electronice pentru parcul auto al Primăriei Municipiului Arad și pentru utilajele din dotarea bazelor sportive aflate în administrarea acesteia, în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini și a anexei la acesta. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru și contractului subsecvent se regăsesc în Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru este între 3.600.000 lei fără TVA și 9.900.000 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 ( 20 zile) cu 11 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, în conformitate cu prev. art. 160 şi 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare Licitație deschisă online, cu incheierea unui acord cadru pe patru ani. Valoarea maxima a contractului subsecvent este de 990.000 lei fara TVA si valoarea minima estimata a contractului subsecvent este de 630.000 lei fara TVA. Frecvența de încheiere a contractelor este de minim două pe an în funcție de necesitatile autoritatii contractante și în limita fondurilor bugetare aprobate.
