Obiectul contractului îl constituie prestarea serviciilor de reparații tip intervenție la cerere, pentru echipamentele IT (desktop-uri, laptop-uri, UPS-uri, imprimante, scanere, periferice informatice, etc.) aflate în dotarea sediilor din București ale Curții de Conturi a României. Specificațiile tehnice solicitate de autoritatea contractantă se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini. Procedura de achiziție publică se va finaliza prin încheierea unui Acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 36 (treizecișișase) luni, fără reluarea competiției, cu operatorii economici ale căror oferte declarate admisibile s-au clasat pe primele trei locuri în clasamentul intermediar, în urma aplicării criteriului de atribuire “prețul cel mai scăzut”. În situația în care nu există trei oferte admisibile, Acordul-cadru va fi semnat doar cu acei operatori economici ale căror oferte sunt declarate admisibile. Pe durata Acordului-cadru se estimează încheierea a minim 3 (trei) și maxim 8 (opt) contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesitățile autorității contractante.. Durata contractelor subsecvente va fi de minimum 1 (una) lună, maximum 12 (douăsprezece) luni. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face în funcţie de necesităţile autorității contractante și de fondurile bugetare ce vor fi alocate cu această destinaţie.
