În baza acordului-cadru si a contractelor subsecvente care se vor încheia, se vor executa reparații și întreținere a imobilelor deținute în proprietate sau aflate în administrarea Municipiului Timișoara, precum și a infrastructurii din incinta lor, in conformitate cu cerintele din cadrul documentatiei de atribuire. Tipurile de lucrări solicitate (nu sunt limitative) prin prezentul Caiet de Sarcini sunt:  Lucrări de instalații pentru clădiri;  Lucrări de finisare a construcțiilor;  Lucrări de izolare;  Lucrări de instalații de apă;  Lucrări de instalații electrice;  Lucrări de construcții de clădiri. Cantitățile minime si maxime aferente acordului-cadru si contractelor subsecvente se regăsesc in F3 Acord cadru, respectiv F3 contract subsecvent - LISTE cu cantitati de lucrari. Acordul cadru se va încheia pe o perioada de 48 luni iar contractele subsecvente se vor încheia o data la 12 luni sau ori de cate ori e nevoie, in funcție de necesitățile aparute. Valoarea totala estimata a acordului cadru este de : 50.470.580,17 lei fără TVA iar valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru este 12.617.645,03 lei fără TVA.
