Contract de furnizare produse, avand ca obiect Achiziție autobuze electrice de 10 metri pentru zona deal complet echipate împreună cu stațiile de încărcare lente și stațiile de încărcare rapidă aferente în cadrul proiectului Achiziție de mijloace de transport public – autobuze electrice 10 m zona deal și stațiile de încărcare aferente destinate transportului public urban de călători, pentru municipiul Pașcani”, prin licitație deschisă, proiect finanțat prin Componenta C10 – Fondul Local din cadrul Planului Național de Redresare și Reziliență (PNRR) constand in achizitia de: - Autobuze electrice pentru zona de deal, lungime (tipodimensiune) 10m, complet echipate – 6 bucăți - Stații de încărcare lente, cu conector pe cablu, la autobază – 6 bucăți - Stații de încărcare rapidă, cu conector pe cablu sau cu pantograf inversat, în teren – 2 bucăți, in conformitate cu cerintele din Caietul de sarcini atașat. Valoarea estimata a contractului este: 15.831.403,20 lei fara TVA. Prezentul contract intră în vigoare după semnarea acestuia de către ambele părți contractante și produce efecte de la data intrării sale în vigoare şi până la epuizarea convențională sau legală a oricărui efect pe care îl produce, dar nu mai târziu de data de 15.11.2024. Perioada de furnizare a produselor va începe la data prevăzută în ordinul de începere care va fi emis de achizitor în cel mai scurt timp de la semnarea contractului şi care este condiționat de constituirea anterioară a garanției de bună execuție. Perioada de furnizare a produselor este de 12 de luni de la data înscrisă în ordinul de începere și până la recepția finală a furnizării celor 6 autobuze electrice nepoluante și a celor 8 stații de reîncărcare a vehiculelor electrice, dar nu mai târziu de data de 15.11.2024. Livrarea si instalarea stațiilor de încărcare pe amplasamentele deja pregătite vor fi livrate și instalate cu cel puțin o lună înainte de livrarea autobuzelor electrice.
