Original language: roFurnizare dotări - echipamente bucatărie spălatorie pentru proiectul „Reabilitare, modernizare și extindere Spitalul Județean de Urgență Tulcea”, conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini, parte a documentatiei de atribuire. 1. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 21 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. 2. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, in masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare, în a 14-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
