Contractul are ca scop delegarea prin concesiune a gestiunii activității de colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale din industrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat pentru Zona 2 – Tărtăria: - colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor de hârtie, metal, plastic și sticlă din deșeurile municipale - colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor reziduale, inclusiv a reziduurilor menajere și similare și al altor deșeuri colectate separat decât cele de hârtie, metal, plastic și sticlă. - colectarea separată și transportul separat al biodeșeurilor din deșeurile municipale - colectarea separată și transportul separat a categoriilor/tipurilor de deșeuri generate ocazional Operatorul desemnat va asigura prestarea activităților delegate în conformitate cu cerințele impuse prin documentația de atribuire. In Caietul de Sarcini sunt prezentate activitățile si rezultatele așteptate, respectiv cerințele minime necesare pentru îndeplinirea contractului.
