Contractul are ca obiect extinderea si modernizarea mai multor zone ( spatii verzi, alei pietonale) aflate intr-un stadiu avansat de degradare aflate in centrul orasului Siret si transformarea acestora in zone functionale ( spatii verzi modernizate si o parcare). Pentru realizarea acestui obiectiv se vor realiza urmatoarele categorii de lucrari: organizarea de santier; bransament electric; bransament gaze naturale; zid de sprijin parc; imprejmuire; demolari; arhitectura; instalatii electrice iluminat exterior. Descrierea lucrărilor este disponibilă în Proiectul Tehnic din cadrul documentatiei de atribuire. Durata în luni: 48 luni din care 12 luni perioada de executie a lucrarilor si 36 de luni perioada de garantie de buna executie
