VELO APUSENI - Design and Construction Services for Cycle Tourism Routes in the Apuseni Mountains (Alba County Lot)

This tender concerns the design and execution of works for the "VELO APUSENI - development of cycle tourism routes in the Apuseni Mountains, covering the counties of Bihor, Alba, and Cluj". Phase I involves design services, including the elaboration of technical-economic documentation for stages III and IV as defined by Government Decision no. 907/2016. This includes preparing the technical documentation for obtaining the construction permit (DTAC + DTOE), obtaining necessary permits and approvals not secured during the preliminary design phase (SF), and developing the detailed execution project (PT), execution details (DE), and technical specifications (CS). The designer is responsible for ensuring technical quality verification of the project and execution details by authorized economic operators or individuals, certified according to Government Decision no. 925/1995, as amended. Recent amendments via Government Decision no. 5/2024 clarify that these verification services can be contracted by the investor/owner/administrator either separately or together with the design services, in compliance with Law no. 10/1995 on quality in construction. Phase II will involve technical assistance services throughout the construction execution period. The tender is seeking qualified entities to undertake both the design and construction aspects for the Alba County section of the VELO APUSENI project, contributing to the development of regional tourism infrastructure.
