Description

Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie un acord-cadru de achiziție publică de produse având ca obiect furnizarea de Autovehicule 8+1 locuri în conformitate cu specificațiile tehnice prevăzute în caietul de sarcini, destinate dotării structurilor Poliției de Frontieră Române. Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic, în baza căruia vor fi atribuite contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesitățile identificate și de fondurile bugetare aprobate cu această destinație. Pe durata acordului-cadru, Inspectoratul General al Poliției de Frontieră și autoritățile contractante asociate vor putea încheia contracte subsecvente, în limita cantităților prevăzute în acordul-cadru și în funcție de fondurile bugetare aprobate. Durata acordului-cadru este de 24 de luni de la data semnării acestuia de către ultima parte, în conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini şi anexele acestuia. Termenul de livrare a produselor este de 180 zile de la data semnării contractului subsecvent de către ultima parte. Cantitatea estimată care va face obiectul acordului-cadru: - minim 30 cpl. și maxim 60 cpl. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent va fi de 5.785.215,00 lei fără TVA.
