Furnizare prin leasing operațional, pentru o perioada de 34 (treizeci și patru) de luni, a două autoturisme, conform specificațiilor prezentate în Caietul de sarcini. Pentru achiziția produselor se va încheia un contract care angajează atât transmiterea utilizării bunurilor, cât și prestarea serviciilor de leasing operațional. Transmiterea utilizării bunurilor se face pe perioada determinată de 34 de luni, în schimbul plății unei rate lunare. Serviciile de leasing operațional constau în transmiterea de către Contractant către Autoritatea contractantă a dreptului de utilizare asupra bunurilor descrise și includ pentru perioada celor 34 de luni de utilizare în mod expres (fără costuri suplimentare aferente ratei de leasing din partea Autorității contractante).
