Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă prestarea serviciilor aferente tratării deșeurilor municipale reziduale cu potențial energetic, cod 20 03 01, provenite din sistemul județean de salubrizare al județului Dâmbovița. Activitățile principale sunt: preluarea și transportul deșeurilor de la platforma temporară Titu la instalația/instalațiile de tratare; tratarea mecano-biologică a deșeurilor reziduale; separarea/pregătirea fracției cu potențial energetic; valorificarea energetică în instalații autorizate încadrate ca operațiune R1; transportul reziduurilor rezultate; eliminarea finală prin depozitare în depozite autorizate; monitorizarea, trasabilitatea, cântărirea, raportarea și gestionarea documentelor aferente întregului flux.
