În acest moment se desfășoară lucrări de reabilitare interioară și exterioară a imobilului situat pe str. Republicii nr. 35 pentru schimbarea destinației din instituție de sănătate publică, Policlinică, în sediul Consiliului Județean Bihor. Pentru buna desfășurare a activității angajaților în noul sediu este necesară achiziționarea unui DATACENTER. Produsele ce urmează a fi achiziționate sunt necesare bunei desfășurări a activității derulate în cadrul activitatii institutiei în vederea îndeplinirii misiunii/obiectivelor pentru care Autoritatea contractantă a fost înființată. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, AC a stabilit ca termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, este cu 20 de zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. AC va răspunde la solicitările de clarificari cu 10 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
