Original language: roServicii de procesare a plăților electronice on-line, cu card bancar în cazul serviciilor puse la dispoziție clienților de ANCPI, OCPI și CNC. În cadrul acestei proceduri, ANCPI, în calitate de lider al asocierii de autorități contractante, va organiza în nume propriu, cât și în numele și pe seama altor autorități contractante, respectiv instituțiile aflate în subordine (Centrul Național de Cartografie și 42 de Oficii de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară situate în București și reședințele de județ din țară) o procedură licitație deschisa care se va finaliza cu încheierea unui acord-cadru cu o durată de 48 luni. ANCPI și instituțiile subordonate au încheiat un acord de asociere prin care s-a stabilit, printre altele, faptul că ANCPI va organiza, derula și finaliza procedura de achiziție publică și este mandatată să semneze atât în nume propriu cât și în numele și pe seama celorlalte autorități contractante acordul-cadru.Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate și semnate de fiecare instituție în parte. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia, de regulă, pentru un an bugetar, de către fiecare Achizitor în funcție de necesitățile şi fondurile alocate pentru această destinație. Prin excepție, în situația lipsei neaprobării bugetului anual conform legii, contractele subsecvente se pot încheia lunar până la aprobarea bugetului.
