The main works proposed are: Objective 1 – The viewpoint is located on the northeast side of the park and is directly connected to the shore of Lake Chindia. It consists of the inflection of the main path that advances towards the lake, maintaining its elevation at 280.30m, resulting in a viewpoint elevated by 1.60m above the water level. The viewpoint area, a path with granite cobblestones, is equipped with a balustrade with a wooden handrail. Objective 2 – Lake arrangement is located on the northeast side of the park and is directly connected to the shore of Lake Chindia. The arrangement consists of lowering a platform from elevation 280.30m to 279.30m, resulting in an elevation of only 0.60m above the water level. Objective 3 – The pier is located on the south side of Lake Chindia and follows the existing contour of the lake. The arrangement consists of a generous platform with a ramp, stairs, and planted terraces that create a smooth and harmonious descent to the lake level. The ramp and stairs are designed for pedestrian comfort and are equipped with solid parapets, with a metal balustrade with a wooden handrail. The pier area, arranged with granite cobblestone ramps, granite cobblestone paths, and a deck platform. Staff cabin - is part of the pier complex and is located in its northern area. Objective 4 – The pedestrian bridge is located transversely across the central area of Lake Chindia, accessible from Objective 5 – Lakeside arrangement. The bridge outlines a dynamic route, which extends the crossing distance and offers diverse perspectives of the lake. In the median area, the bridge features a semicircular flared platform with a wooden pavilion serving as a vertical accent and resting point. In the access area from Objective 2 – lakeside arrangement, the bridge is elevated to allow boats to pass underneath. The maximum clear height for undercrossing is 2.00m from the water level to the underside of the bridge. The pedestrian bridge is equipped with a balustrade with a wooden handrail, with a floor made of deck stairs, steps and risers finished with granite tiles and a deck platform. The structural frame of the pedestrian bridge consists of reinforced concrete columns and beams, stiffened with a reinforced concrete slab. The arrangement at the end of the pedestrian axis is provided with a balustrade with a wooden handrail. The area will be equipped with urban furniture: concrete seats without backs, trash bins, and lighting poles. Objective 6 – Pedestrian Axis The pedestrian axis is located in the central-eastern area of the park and refers to the Cartesian arrangement of a system of paths and planted areas with a perspective directed towards Lake Chindia. Objective 7 – Rose Garden The rose garden is located on the southeast side of the park. It is an arrangement of green spaces and paths that highlight various species of flowers. Objective 8 – Playground 1 Playground 1 is located in the northwestern area of the park, near the Zoo. The arrangement is proposed in the area of an existing playground that shows significant physical degradation. The intervention proposal for the existing playground involves the complete dismantling of the existing setup and its reconstruction to meet the essential safety requirements for users and for better aesthetic integration of the playground into the park's landscape. The proposed arrangement covers an area of approximately 1,300sqm and consists of 3 main zones, each assigned to an age category (zone 1-4 years, zone 4-8 years, zone 8-12 years). The play areas conform to current safety standards and represent a favorable environment for the harmonious physical and psychological development of children.
