1.Servicii de dirigenție de șantier si SSM pentru investițiile derulate de autoritatea contractantă până în pragul pentru care se aplică dispozițiile H.G 1/2018, care necesită lucrări de complexitate redusă, caracterizate printr-un număr limitat de domenii de autorizare a diriginților de șantier și un număr redus de persoane specializate/autorizate, obligatorii conform dispozițiilor legale pentru derularea lucrărilor; 2. Servicii de dirigenție de șantier, SSM si supervizare (punctul III din caietul de sarcini), pentru investițiile derulate de autoritatea contractantă pânâ în pragul pentru care se aplică dispozițiile H.G 1/2018, care necesită lucrări de complexitate mare, caracterizate printr-un număr extins de domenii de autorizare a diriginților de șantier o varietate de persoane specializate/autorizate implicate, obligatorii conform dispozițiilor legale pentru derularea lucrărilor și pentru a căror eficientă și legală derulare se impune supervizarea/coordonarea acestora ; 3. Supervizarea/coordonarea (punctul IV din caietul de sarcini) pentru anumite categorii de contracte de achiziție aferente obiectivelor de investiții finanțate din fonduri publice, aprobate prin HG nr.1/10.01.2018 cu modificările ulterioare, incluzând și serviciile de la punctele I și II din caietul de sarcini, confom impunerilor legale care le reglementează. Modificarea acordului-cadru/contractului de achizitie publica, in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se va putea efectua in conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 si al prevederilor din cadrul Instructiunilor ANAP, in vigoare la momentul initierii modifcarii.
