Achiziția este necesară pentru asigurarea serviciilor de supervizare a execuției lucrărilor aferente obiectivului de investiții „Construire Spital Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie și Boli Infecțioase, Brașov”, în vederea implementării corespunzătoare a contractului de proiectare și execuție, cu respectarea cerințelor legale, tehnice și de calitate aplicabile investiției. În vederea implementării proiectului, Municipiul Brașov a încheiat cu Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene Contractul de finanțare nr. 53264/29.04.2026 aferent proiectului „Construire Spital Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie și Boli Infecțioase, Brașov”, cod MySMIS2021 359527. Prin realizarea prezentei achiziții se asigură contractarea serviciilor necesare monitorizării și supervizării execuției lucrărilor, contribuind la implementarea proiectului finanțat și la atingerea obiectivelor asumate prin contractul de finanțare. În vederea îndeplinirii obligațiilor contractuale, Supervizorul va asigura, prin echipa proprie de specialiști: ⁃ activitățile de dirigenție de șantier; ⁃ coordonarea în materie de securitate și sănătate în muncă; ⁃ serviciile de consultanță privind achiziția dotărilor și echipamentelor care nu fac obiectul contractului de execuție lucrări; ⁃ celelalte activități prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini.
