A) „DELEGARE DE GESTIUNE A SERVICIULUI DE SALUBRIZARE PENTRU ACTIVITATEA DE ELIMINAREA, PRIN DEPOZITARE, A DEŞEURILOR REZIDUALE, A DEŞEURILOR STRADALE, A DEŞEURILOR DE PĂMÂNT ŞI PIETRE PROVENITE DE PE CĂILE PUBLICE, A REZIDUURILOR REZULTATE DE LA INSTALAŢIILE DE TRATARE A DEŞEURILOR MUNICIPALE, PRECUM ŞI A DEŞEURILOR CARE NU POT FI VALORIFICATE PROVENITE DIN ACTIVITĂŢI DE REAMENAJARE ŞI REABILITARE INTERIOARĂ ŞI/SAU EXTERIOARĂ A LOCUINŢELOR LA DEPOZITELE DE DEŞEURI NEPERICULOASE ÎN ORAŞUL CERNAVODA” B) Valoare estimata serviciilor este de minim 4.000.000,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 4.384.080,00 lei fara TVA pentru intreaga durata a acordului cadru si 2.000.000,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 2.192.040,00 lei lei fara TVA pe an pentru contractul subsecvent anual C) Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor conform OUG 107/2017 D) Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor:18
