Provision of occasional air passenger transport services, by booking and issuing flight tickets for domestic and international passenger flights, according to the concrete travel needs of the Protection and Guard Service personnel based on subsequent framework agreements, which will be concluded during its validity period. During the framework agreement period, it is estimated to purchase a minimum of 100 tickets and a maximum of 8000 tickets. For a single subsequent contract/order among those to be awarded during the framework agreement period, it is estimated to purchase a minimum of 1 ticket and a maximum of 20 tickets. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract/order anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement period is: RON 100,000 excluding VAT. The actual number of tickets will be determined according to the contracting authority's needs at the time of awarding subsequent contracts and the funds allocated for this purpose. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with at least 3 economic operators, the maximum number being unlimited, subsequently awarding, by resuming competition among the economic operators who signed the framework agreement, subsequent contracts for domestic and/or international air passenger transport services for destinations / classes / durations / travel conditions established by the contracting authority in the competition resumption stage. The awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out in compliance with the elements / conditions provided in the framework agreement, by resuming competition whenever the need arises to organize travel within the country and/or abroad for the contracting authority's personnel or delegates.
