Original language: roCel mai mic contract subsecvent – 1.655 ore – 413.750,00 lei fără TVA; Cel mai mare contract subsecvent – 4.971 ore – 1.242.750,00 lei fără TVA; Cantitate minima acord cadru – 6.626 ore– 1.656.500,00 lei fără TVA; Cantitate maxima acord cadru – 19.842 ore– 4.960.500,00 lei fără TVA; Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord cadru, precum și ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza să fie atribuite pe durata acordului cadru se regasesc anexate la documentația de atribuire. Frecvența și valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente încheierii acordului-cadru se va face fără reluarea competiției. Pe durata acordului cadru, autoritatea contractantă estimează că se vor încheia 9 contracte subsecvente, adica maxim 3 subsecvente/an, dar autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a încheia mai multe sau mai puține contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesități, Asa cum rezulta din dispoziţiile art. 20 lit. f) din HG nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achiziţie publica/acordului-cadru din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările si completările ulterioare
