Vor fi declarate câștigătoare ofertele cu punctajul final cel mai mare (primele 3 in clasament). In cazul in care numarul de operatori economici care depun oferte admisibile este mai mic decat trei, acordul cadru se va incheia doar cu acela/acei operatori economici care a/au depus oferte admisibile.
