Quantities of single-component road marking paint for the year 2026: - 25,000 kg white marking paint based on thinner; - 1,000 kg red marking paint; - 2,000 kg yellow marking paint; - 1,000 kg black marking paint; - 500 kg green marking paint; -3,000 kg blue paint - 2,500 kg glass beads; - 4,000 liters thinner (this quantity will include the thinner quantity for the paint and the quantity necessary for cleaning and maintenance of the equipment used for paint application). Quantities of two-component 2k road marking paint for the year 2026: - 10,000 kg antiskid marking paint (red and green) + associated hardener; - 15,000 kg smooth white marking paint; - 4,000 kg 2K yellow marking paint; - 1,500 kg smooth red marking paint; 5,000 kg 2K blue marking paint; - 200 kg primer for concrete surfaces. Estimated value excluding VAT: between 1,148,600 lei excluding VAT and 1,493,180 lei excluding VAT. The minimum value of the range represents the estimated value, until 31.12.2026 of this procedure (based on which offers will be prepared and evaluated), and the maximum value represents the estimated value including the value of possible supplements, for which the contract can be extended by 4 months, by additional act, in accordance with art.165 of HG 395/2016, without changing the initial contractual conditions, respectively until 30.04.2027. A financial offer submitted by the bidder, whose price exceeds the estimated value of 1,148,600.00 lei excluding VAT, will be declared unacceptable. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the bid submission deadline: 13 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests before the bid submission deadline: on the 10th day.
