Obiectivul general al investiției “Creșterea performanței energetice a unităților de învățământ în Municipiul Baia Mare –Colegiul Tehnic AUREL VLAICU ", este ,, Tranziția către un fond construit rezilient și verde” prin renovare energetică moderată sau aprofundată a clădirilor publice. Obiectivele specifice ale proiectului 1. Creșterea eficienței energetice în clădirile publice, 2. Scăderea consumului anual de energie primară, 3. Scăderea consumului anual specific de energie pentru încălzire, 4. Scăderea anuala a emisiilor echivalent CO2, 5. Gestionarea inteligentă a energiei și utilizarea energiei din surse regenerabile. De asemenea, activitătile/lucrările realizate în cadrul proiectului vor fi considerate conforme cu principiul de ,, a nu prejudicia în mod semnificativ”(DNSH-,,Do No Significant Harm”), prevăzută în Comunicarea Comisiei – Orientări tehnice privind aplicarea principiului de ,, a nu aduce prejudicii semnificative”în temeiul Regulamentului privind Mecanismul de redresare și reziliență ( 2021/C58/01) și cu respectarea Anexei 1 la Caietul de Sarcini, privind prejudicierea în mod semnificativ a mediului. Valoarea totală estimată a achiziției este: 23.230.968,15 lei fără TVA, astfel: Cap.4. Cheltuieli pentru investiţia de bază 23.112.357,73 lei+TVA 4.1 Construcţii şi instalaţii 20.655.825,75 lei fără TVA 4.2 Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale 321.397,98 lei fără TVA 4.3 Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice şi funcţionale care necesită montaj 2.135.134,00 lei fără TVA Cap.5.
