Original language: roObiectul contractului de achiziție publică ce se dorește a fi atribuit este de furnizare a unui număr de 31 de unități de microbuze electrice în cadrul proiectului ,,Microbuze electrice pentru elevi la nivelul Judetului Mehedinti” cu capacitate de 16 + 1 locuri pe scaune. UAT Județul Mehedinți a obținut finanțarea acordată de căre Ministerul Educației în cadrul apelului ,,Microbuze electrice pentru elevi”, prin PNRR/ Pilonul VI, Politici pentru noua generație/componenta C 15: Educație/reformă 6: Actualizarea cadrului legislativ pentru a asigura standarde ecologice de proiectare, construcții și dotare în sistemul de învățământ preuniversitar. Investiția 10: Dezvoltarea de școli verzi și achiziționarea de microbuze verzi. Nu toate școlile din județul Mehedinți pot asigura transportul elevilor la și de la școală, iar altele dispun de mijloace de transport care nu asigură un transport în condiții optime pentru elevi și prezintă un nivel ridicat al emisiilor de carbon, cu efect asupra calității mediului, motiv pentru care s-a considerat oportună această achiziție. Prin această procedură urmărește achiziționarea a 31 de microbuze electrice, cu capacitatea de 16+1 locuri, în scopul asigurarării transportului elevilor din mediul rural din județul Mehedinți, care nu au școli în localitatea de domiciliu. Prin achiziție sunt vizați cei trei piloni ai conceptului de sustenabilite, respectiv: social, economic și de mediu. Microbuzele electrice de 16+1 locuri vor fi structurate cu o singură secțiune (nearticulat și fără etaj), într-o construcție cu podeaua/planșeul coborât/ă, și vor fi dotate cu facilități pentru accesul persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă (rampă și/sau alte dotări specifice), fiind destinate transportului școlar, respectând prevederile înscrise în Directiva 2009/33/CE a parlamentului european și a consiliului din 23 aprilie 2009 privind promovarea vehiculelor de transport rutier nepoluante și eficiente din punct de vedere energetic și în Regulamentul nr. 51 din 2007 al Comisiei Economice pentru Europa a Organizației Națiunilor Unite (CEE-ONU).
