Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor conform art. 160-161 din Legea 98/2016 si art. 8 din HG 419, termenul incluzand si termenul prevazut pentru verificarea ANAP a propunerilor de raspuns.
